Refund Policy

We want you happy with anything you buy from Folklore. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle; we authorise and coordinate them. To start any request, email [email protected] with your order id.
Physical merchandise (apparel, stickers, pins)
- 30-day returns. Return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Damaged or defective. If it arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full — no return needed for clear defects (a photo helps).
- Return shipping for change-of-mind is the buyer's; we cover it for our error or defects.
Art prints & made-to-order items
Printed-to-order goods aren't returnable for change of mind, but any printing defect or transit damage is replaced or refunded — contact us within 14 days with a photo.
Software
The Folklore CLI and libraries are free and open source (MIT). There's nothing to purchase or refund.
$LORE
$LORE is a community memecoin traded on third-party markets (bags.fm). It is not sold by us and purchases there are not refundable by Folklore. It is not a security or investment and nothing here is financial advice.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. Statutory rights (including any local cooling-off period) are unaffected by this policy.
